This fall we wrapped a clean, code-compliant roof replacement on Northwood Dr. in Dallas (75225), right by Preston & Northwest Highway near Preston Center. Site details & installation notes
This home sits on a tree-lined block just west of Preston Rd., a few minutes from Preston Center. Access is tight on Northwood Dr., so we staged material and haul-off to minimize driveway downtime and kept neighbors’ lanes open. We buttoned up all penetrations, replaced compromised pipe boots, verified drip-edge coverage, and aligned nailing to manufacturer spec. The finished roof lines up perfectly with the brick and trim palette common to this pocket of Preston Hollow.
