New Roof in Lake Highlands

Recently installed CertainTeed Landmark in the color of Moire Black.  This project was located in the White Rock Valley area of Lake Highland 75238 near Lanshire and White Rock Trail. It is a very short walk to Flag Pole Hill. Age and wind damage finally required a new roof after many small repairs were done to extend the life.

CertainTeed Landmark has recently passed the UL 2218 Class 3 test. It is possible a good insurance discount may be obtained with this Impact Resistant shingle. Impact Resistance comes in four classifications. CertainTeed also makes the Landmark Flex which has a class 4 rating which is the highest.

Our owner, a co-founder, John Edward Bert, and his wife Patti are long time Lake Highland folks living just a few minuets away in the Town Creek neighborhood. Both their children are graduates of Lake Highlands High School.

Our long time rep and project manager, Bill Young, lives even closer just off White Rock Trail.
